BUILTCRM PRIVACY POLICY

• Request form: name, company, email, phone, number of users, current software and your project description.
• Purchases: name, email, phone, company and order details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Emails you send us and our replies.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider logs automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

• To answer requests and schedule calls
• To process payments and deliver our services
• To send service emails: receipts, setup steps, support
• To keep the site secure and meet legal and tax obligations

We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Only with service providers that help us run BuiltCRM: payment processing (Stripe), website hosting and database, and email delivery. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

When we set up your CRM, we access your accounts and data only to deliver and support our services, as described in our Terms of Service. Your CRM data stays on accounts in your name.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals because we do not track visitors across sites.

• Requests from people who don't become clients: up to 2 years.
• Client and order records: as long as needed for our services and for tax and accounting rules.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner, unless we must keep it by law.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hello@builtcrm.app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We will not treat you differently for using them.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
