// AFTER YOU PAY
HOW WE SET UP YOUR CRM
01
INTAKE FORM
You fill in a short form: company details, domain and the modules you want.
02
YOUR ACCOUNTS
You create the accounts that will belong to you, following our step-by-step guide, and invite us as collaborators.
03
WE BUILD
We create your copy of the CRM from our template and connect your accounts.
04
WE TEST
We run a full test (an appointment, an estimate, an invoice and a text message) and send you a short checklist to confirm.
05
HANDOVER
Your data, database and domain are yours, and you get the full source code on your own accounts. Inside the app you add your team, service ZIP codes and sales tax rates, and import your customer list (we help if your file needs adjusting). Then you have 14 days to test. Later changes are quoted separately.
// WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
BRAND AND COMPANY
- Company name and logo, and a name for your CRM (shown in the app)
- Owner's name and email for the first admin login
- Details for estimates and invoices: address, phone, email, license number, terms and warranty text, service call fee
DOMAIN
- A domain or subdomain for the CRM (for example crm.yourcompany.com) and a subdomain for sending estimate and invoice emails. We give you the DNS records to add.
ACCOUNTS YOU OWN
- GitHub (code), Supabase (database) and a hosting account. These providers bill you directly, and many have free starter tiers.
GOOGLE CALENDAR
- A Google account to connect for calendar sync
TEXTING
- A business texting account with a number registered for automated texts. We support RingCentral today. US carriers require this registration and approval can take time, so start it first.
- A Google review link for each technician or for the company
OPTIONAL (CUSTOM PACKAGE)
- AI call assistant: your business phone number with call forwarding, an account with the voice AI provider, and your call rules (services you handle and don't, hours, fees, warranty)
